The team of 20 staff members from EasyGates Limited were left with ‘mud on their faces’ after completing ‘The Major Series’ in Atherstone, Warwickshire. Run by British Military Fitness, ‘The Major Series’ is a 10k military course littered with all kinds of obstacles, hills, mud and water! The group put themselves through the ordeal to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and BUDS (Better Understanding of Dementia for Sandwell). Everyone in the team finished the course, with only one member having to spend more than an hour in the first aid tent due to possible Hypothermia. He then went on to make a full recovery and is even planning on doing it all again! With forty years between the youngest and oldest members, Tony Gooding, Director of EasyGates Limited said, “I am really proud of all my staff that took part.
