Users of the device can sync data from their tester in real-time to the smartphone app (iOS & Android), allowing them to complete commissioning or maintenance tests quickly . The subsequent report can then be e- mailed instantly to the customer or installation/maintenance manager. Templates are stored within the app, accepting data for the pre-defined test positions contained within the industry standard* dhf (Door Hardware Federation) code of practice TS011 (gates, barriers) & TS012 (industrial, garage doors). Existing KMG-LITE Owners In addition, existing owners of KMG-LITE equipment can receive the Bluetooth upgrade during their annual re-calibration requirement. Alternatively, EasyGates Direct provides a free to use website tool (www.forcetesttool.co.uk ) which includes templates for the latest dhf TS011 & TS012 tests, so there’s no need to worry if you are more “old school” and don’t use apps, you can still create reports from any web enabled device. They even provide manual templates for you to print, for those who still wish to work with pen and paper.
