The new operators also have more smart technology features than ever before, making them ideal for today’s busy lifestyles and modern homes. The new Series 4 operators offer significantly faster door opening than their predecessors, with an increase of up to 40% for the ProMatic 4 and an impressive 75% increase for the SupraMatic 4. The new range also provides outstanding levels of energy efficiency, with LED lighting for bright garage illumination and a low power consumption of less than 1 watt of electricity when in stand by mode. All new operators have an intelligent HCP (Hörmann Communication Protocol) interface and with a simple plug-in accessory are fully compatible with SmartHome systems such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home Hub. The operators can also be controlled via mobile phones or tablets by using the free downloadable Hörmann BlueSecure App. The SupraMatic range comes with Bluetooth connectivity built in as standard, whilst there is an optional Bluetooth antenna kit available for the ProMatic range.
