Speaking of the company’s latest recruits, Managing Director, Kevin Lindeque says: ‘SWS UK continues to benefit from further company growth, so to safeguard the success of our first-class products and service, we have made a significant investment in recruiting new, skilled employees who will assist us in driving our business strategy forwards, whilst supporting the company’s infrastructure.’ Some of SWS UK’s latest employees include: Gordon Gray – Technical Manager Gordon joins SWS UK with an extensive background in mechanical engineering and over 15 years’ experience within the motoring sector. Working as a Design Team Leader for Triumph Motorcycles, Gordon was responsible for a team of engineers who designed the accessories to fit various new motorcycle models. Benefitting from experience in car engineering for both Ford and Jaguar, Gordon has a fantastic technical mentality, which will give him the tools to understand SWS UK’s broad spectrum of products while at the same time, effectively driving the company’s Technical department. Chloe Wiggins – Marketing Manager SWS UK welcomed Chloe into the position of Marketing Manager in November on a part-time basis and were delighted to have her join the team full time from February. With 15 years’ Marketing experience in differing sectors, including manufacturing, financial services and travel, Chloe’s extensive skillset will enable her to drive forward SWS UK’s marketing strategy whilst also supporting their distributors with growing their businesses in partnership with SWS UK. Ian Strange – Warehouse Manager Ian join SWS UK as the company’s Warehouse Manager. Equipped with over 20 years’ experience from various sectors, including the Department of Work & Pensions and the ceramic tile and bathroom industries, Ian is responsible for safeguarding the continued efficiency of our warehouse whilst ensuring stock is stored, handled and distributed safely and effectively. Scott McAlister – Factory Team Manager (Commercials) Scott accepted the position of Factory Team Manager in November and is responsible for managing the day-to-day production of SeceuroDoor, SWS UK’s range of steel commercial shutters.
