These so-called XXL buildings with many loading docks are the result of economic growth and the popularity of online ordering. In such construction projects, a very tight installation planning schedule is maintained. In order to be able to realise the installation as quickly as possible, these doors were painstakingly developed and finetuned for two years. The Dock-Door Easy Install is available from a range of nine (identical) units in 40mm, 60mm and 80mm panel thickness and is ideally suited for distribution and logistics centres. What’s so special about these doors? Time savings: Depending on the situation, the assembly time can be reduced by up to 40%. In practice, this means that instead of fitting 3 doors per day, 5 doors can be fitted in the same amount of time! Moreover, the steel cables no longer run upwards, but directly from the bottom console to the cable drum. Optimal efficiency • The Dock-Door Easy Install is packaged differently from the standard doors: panels are packed per 3 doors on a pallet. This enables more efficient working. • This solution is also more environmentally friendly because less packaging material is used. • Less packaging materials are supplied for removal. Lower costs • Less packaging materials result in a lower disposal fee. • Because of the shorter assembly time, in addition to labour costs, additional costs, such as renting an aerial work platform, are also reduced.
