His years of experience have taught him all the tips and tricks to make roller door installations go smoothly and how to resolve issues when you hit a problem. Eric came to AlluGuard from Somfy, so his knowledge of Somfy motors, control units, safety systems and accessories is second to none. Eric’s role is to provide technical support for door installation, set-up, and fault-finding on control systems. Eric also provides installer training and new customer induction with assisted fits. If your installers need a refresher, Eric can provide on-site training to help speed up fitting and improve installer skills. If your installers are constantly calling for support from site, Eric’s training sessions will make them more self-sufficient. The adage of “give someone fish and you feed them for a day, teach them to fish and you feed them for life” resonates strongly with training on the finer points of door and control installation! Eric is also part of the AlluGuard Warranty Response Team and may attend the site for assessment/resolution of warranty claims. AlluGuard’s New stock Laminate colours available on a 1–2 week lead time AlluGuard already carries a wide range of colours in stock for both the AlluGuard 77 and the AlluGuard 55. The stock range is being extended with the addition of 7 laminate shades on the AlluGuard 77 and 5 shades on the AlluGuard 55. Stocking colours allows AlluGuard to meet its 1-2 week lead time promise for doors built from stock material. The laminate finishes, with their subtle graining, are durable and more resilient than painted finishes and consequently have a 10-year warranty against perforation of the substrate.
